This is only one of the ways that Dickie Brennan & Co. pays homage to the rich history of the King Cake. Every year our pastry chefs start brain-storming ideas on variations of King Cakes that are fun and creative, but maintain the flavors that we all conjure when we think of the season. After a bunch of ideas are thrown in the pot, the recipe and taste testing commences. This year's offering is a Drunked King Cake!
