To celebrate the season of "below 76F," Tableau is featuring "Temperature Drinks." Running from Saturday, December 1, 2018, through February 28, 2019, the price of our featured hot cocktail will be tethered to the forecasted low (per our iPhone's weather app that morning) until we close for the day.

Tableau: Hot Buttered Rum with Goslings Black Seal rum, compound butter, hot water and cinnamon
Recipe for Hot Buttered Rum
1.5 oz of Spiced Compound Butter*
1.5 oz of Gosling's Black Seal Rum
5 oz Hot Water
*1/2 pound of unsalted butter at room temperature, 1 cup of brown sugar, 1/2 teaspoon each of nutmeg, ginger and cloves, 1 teaspoon of cinnamon and a pinch of salt. Mix all together.
To mix drink, add compound butter and rum in a mug and top with hot water. Stir and serve with a cinnamon stick garnish.
*Two drinks maximum per person, per day, per restaurant.
